They probably would have in the last 10 but already had blokes on due to injury.So why not go to the bench…… they were undersized and well beaten in the forwards
He probably would be best at 15 with space but looking at that Shore side he needs to touch the ball every couple of phases if their any shot of getting a win so that means have the 10 on his back.You’d have to fit him in though he is already lost to league so I don’t know what the policy is there.

He was heroic today, although at times wanted to do it all himself. Would probably appreciate the space more at 15 I dare say.
In watching this game, there were definitely missed calls, BOTH ways. This happens in the game. Advice would be to learn what the ref concentrates on and adapt your style of play to avoid unnecessary infringements.Not just a Newington thing. While Newington drew the short end of the stick yesterday there were an unacceptable amount of missed calls and this is a common trend with the specific Ref. I don't think he should be allowed to control any 1st/2nd XV games.
