Agreed, OEP.
The week before, I was standing at BH just behind the View in-goal towards the end of the Scots match, View already knowing they'd copped a hiding on the scoreboard.
After one of the late Scots tries in that game, and leaving aside the very colourful expression used, altogether down at the blue end of the spectrum!, the thrust of the message conveyed to the lads in Blue & White, was: "Don't look at that scoreboard. It does not define us. KNOW how bad this feels, and channel it into training THIS week (ie. last week). And THAT we take out to Kings next week!"
Sounds like the View boys did precisely that. So, good on them.
And good on Kings too for withstanding the onslaught, 'cuz those View boys were shaping to be one very cranky and determined playing group out at Nth Parra last Saturday! Their Rnd5 "final" against the old enemy at HH should be extra special; both sides with lots left to 'prove' in Season 2017.
Hopefully the Y12's can channel that kind of 'take no prisoners' determination into their HSC Trials too!
