That's awesome!

I had to say I was somewhat pleased and he continues to impress me with his attitude. Actually other thing I was pleased to hear, was that he saying if a Global season came into play, NZRU are not all that convinced about a nation's cup or anything, but was hopeful of proper old school tours taking place!

Eddie Jones is reported to be interested in seeing if rising Blues star Hoskins Sotutu wants to play for England.

The Daily Telegraph newspaper has reported that Jones, who coached England to the 2019 Rugby World Cup final, “is thought to be keen to establish if Sotutu holds any interest in playing for England while he remains uncapped’’.

Dear Edward Jones of Australia, head coach of the England national rugby team,

Regarding the matter of your speculative proposition to coax the services of the New Zealand professional rugby player, one Hoskins Sotutu, I will endeavor to converse with you in the parlance of your people, for maximum legibility on the issue at hand:

Get f*cked c*nt.

Yep and playing for the Blues , well you wouldn't want to be stuck in Auckland too long;), like living in Sydney over here, someone has to do it but best not longer than needed:p ( just a reminder that those lowlife Tahs play Reds tonight!)

I would be surprised if Damien McKenzie makes it into the 23.

Once again when I watching Breakdown they were discussing 15s for year, They threw in DMac, Havili, Jordan, BB and JB, and I kind of sort yep there one or two good uns there, and maybe Dmac may struggle to make test 23, though he would be my starting 15 in North team for inter-island match! I would have BB at 10.

We really need to understand whether "respect" in this context is genuine, or if it carries the same subtext that it does in test rugby when it means "you f*ckers ain't got no chance, son". See, for instance, the last decade or so when the AB coaches will answer questions before tests against teams that have no chance against them like 'it'll absolutely be a tough match, they have some good players, and we have a great deal of respect for Italy/Samoa/Wales/Georgia/Namibia/Australia/Tonga' right before they proceed to delete their souls.

oh shit with tenured Barrett White Lock out injured for the year and BBBR getting his nuts gargled at a geisha soaplands till next year the lock stocks are bare. AB's are going to have to select 2 or 3 of these putzes:

Gerard Cowley-Tuioti
Josh Goodhue. both too shooooooort

Tupou Vaai
Mitchell Brown: both wft

James Blackwell
Scott Scrafton: could be an option

Paripari Parkinson. Playstation Playstation Parkinson more like
Jack Whetton: big but ponderous

Can someone tell me about Scott Scrafton? Been really really impressed with his work this season and feels like I haven't seen him before

He was at Blues up until a couple of years back, I always though he a pretty ok Super level player, seems to have got a bit better, with Scott Barrett and Lurch out I would think he about the fourth or fifth lock in NZ. I would rate PT, Whitelock, Parkinson as locks 1,2 & 3 in AB pecking order at moment.

It's gotten to the stage where Fozzie & The NZRFU Blazers are going to have to come up with some phenomenally inventive and duplicitous chicanery to keep Akira OUT of the AB's picture.
