Interesting, Hugh. So in the indigenous under seventeen side presently touring France we have three NSW GPS boys (two Iggies, one TAS), while in the Indigenous under sixteens we have four NSW GPS boys ( two TAS, one Kings, one Iggies). No real conclusions, I'm just interested in patterns.

Thanks all for the match reports and comments. Really appreciated - it seems it's about the only way to stay in touch with anything happening in the junior rep ranks. Apart from the posts here, any idea if there is any video footage available?'

All games were taped and can be ordered for about $20 each.

These are very good quality and have the Referee mic as a soundtrack.

There will probably be copyright issues if these are loaded to you tube.

Significant Contributing Players:
Sydney Juniors: #12 J Hawkins, #5 E Faatui, #8 C King, #3 W McRae
Queensland Whites: #8 C McKenzie, #21 J Lenac, #13 D Riley

*******************************

No 5 and No 3 for Juniors are good at the set piece but don't contribute much around the field in the tight forward work. Hawkins strong. King played reasonably well in this game but his one off running vs Reds with flick passes and running cross field was damaging to the team. Sydney had Reds on the back foot defending their line and didn't capitalise. Will coaches please get 5 out of the backline - he is not a centre.

Belated congratulations to Qld Red's #13 Izaia Perese for taking out the award for Division 1 player of the championship.

The Reds built a lot of their attacking success around Perese's strong partnership with #12 Calvin Pritchard.

The list was of players who I thought made significant contributions in the Whites vs Juniors only.

They represent my humble opinion, which is often wrong.

^^^^ They will deliver in due course. They are not a fly by night mob.

Has happened before and they eventually mailed DVD's out, but it can be a little disappointing to have to wait for so long.

assessing "significant contributions"
I have seen plenty of backs noted as making significant contributions after between three and six events in a 80 minute game.Probably not because they ran back to their position all game.
any assessment must be on what is done and when by any player. Hugh's View is only one, we only know what Taxi doesn't think.

It's good to Know but it only takes a minute to reply to an email or order to confirm its receipt maybe just old fashioned

I assume that you may be back in an Internet Broadband area, do you have any other videos to load up?

Sry Hugh but that video was 7 minutes of the first half after editing and it took two 6 hour attemps to upload at a far lower quality, so I gave up on doing anymore. I did film all the NSW Country matches so if anyone would like I can edit and put them on but it will take a few days.

I have noticed that the quality through your link drops significantly through the link on your post compared to searching and finding the game in Youtube. Just Google 'Youtube NSW Schhols V's NSW Country' and see the difference.
