Noddy said:So summarising our 'guesses':
- it involves some of the QLD SoO team. - it is legal
- its something the leaguies are more known for.
- its broken an ARU code of conduct rule.
- a room mate may be involved.
I'm thinking a group sex session in his room.

Well it's not dripping my way! I'm happy to receive any PM's in strict confidenceJuan Cote said:The picture is starting to become clearer today with News Ltd publishing allegations that a team-mate is being questioned and mentions of the Wallabies 'private-code of conduct'. This code includes alcohol tests the morning after a test (which would not concern LT) and strict rules on who is allowed to enter the rooms of the players during a test week.
I guess the drip feed is on for those in the know.....
The other scenario (and one that i am trying desperately to convice people of) may be that he broke Wallaby protcols by speaking to G&GR in the week leading up to the test!?!?!?
Untimely dumping leaves Lote Tuqiri in cold

A WALLABY roommate of Lote Tuqiri is believed to have been grilled over the possible breach of team rules that escalated into his contract being torn up and pending legal action.
Two of the Wallabies' private team rules, under coach Robbie Deans, are the alcohol breath-testing of randomly selected players the morning after Test matches and a tight code on just who is allowed to enter the hotel rooms of players in Test week.
The breach of team rules which led to the Australian Rugby Union activating Tuqiri's "last-chance" status into his sudden termination last Wednesday is believed to have occurred three weeks earlier before the first Test against Italy in Canberra.
When asked to confirm whether one of Tuqiri's teammates had been interviewed over the star winger's alleged breach of team protocols, the ARU made only the following comment.
"The ARU has maintained a consistent stance of no comment on Lote Tuqiri's termination," an ARU spokesman said yesterday. The ARU has previously put on record that police were not involved.
No, I think you're reading it wrong. He was on his last chance for a while - at least that is my recollection after events in previous seasons; the breach which activated the termination process occurred 3 weeks ago. Sounds like the ARU then took time to look into it before making the call to shred the contract.fatprop said:Untimely dumping leaves Lote Tuqiri in cold

So 3 weeks before the Canberra test he gets his final warning and then at some time later he does something else.
I am I reading that right? If so, what an idiot.

The thing is his last "error" was 2007?
Employment law isn't my thing, but can you be on a "last warning" for 2 years?

It would be Noddy, and therefore quite likely to be an agenda in motion, on reflection.

One particular poster who claims to have links to some of the players has stated what he has heard, and it certainly doesnt do justice to Lote. Im not sure I beleive him, but am giving him the benefit of the doubt (he is a reasonable bloke so dont see why he would be making it up).
Noddy, do you lurk there at all?
