The rankings have been very good at reflecting rugby ability. For game day, two teams on the ground and I'm definitely barracking for Wallabies. My head says it'll be Ireland though. The rankings are definitely important, so it would be a very good time for a win.

Ignoring any other results, if we win we rise to #6, Ireland drop to #3; unless we win by a lot then Ireland drop to #4. Should the Wallabies lose, there are no ranking shifts. Australia #8.

I cant see us winning this game. I think we have the players to get there but i reckon we still need more seasoning to beat ireland in their own back yard, at the end of a hard tour. The only question for me is whether the game blows out at the end.
