Aus needs to tighten up ruck/pillar defense.. Kiwis beginning to make too many yards close in now.

Kiwis have turned the ball over 4 times now within meters of the line.. Aus living off scraps. So much for controlling tempo (or territory)

Only 6 pts in it at the 1/2, and it's fortunate only to be 6pts; it's mainly been Kiwi white line fever that has kept it close.

Kiwi set-piece isn't great but they are getting a roll on the Aus side up front now and breaking the gain line with comfort. Perenara for the Kiwis is making some nice decisions but Aus has looked good when they have had the ball. They just need to get the the damn thing and go through the phases. Gaps will appear if they are patient.

Kiwis are not playing with a great deal of patience; they look like they are gunning for the line with every touch. Aus need to keep manning up. re-aligning in defense and get much tighter on defensive ruck ball.
