So does Adam Byrnes and Micheal Lippman fit under this as well?

Last year Byrnes was Australian eligible, he's only Russian this year after he played for them. I'd imagine we get him another year if we want him (but I doubt we need him unless Campbell goes).

He would fit under next year's cap regardless, unless we hired any new internationals.

I believe that Byrnes has applied to the ARU for special dispensation. Considering he has only played for them in the WC, not any subsequent internationals.
