Who cares, he's finished. He's just a dirty son of a bitch and - you would hope - the last in a long line of Bok* players that bite, scratch, squirrel, gouge, etc. It seems that Saffer rugby have moved away from this, and they now have a bunch of decent guys playing for them.

* This applies to the French also, obviously.

Clear penalty there for one thing, not releasing the ball. Pocock is such a beast, that it takes the Dirty Bastard with those sort of tactics and Matfield to clean him out.

Why does Burger do shit like this, he doesn't need to. It's cheap, low and potentially very dangerous.

I can't really respect a player who does that. Pocock had him rattled.

Unfortunately Burger won't be the last...you've still got both of the Plesis brothers (although Jannie definitely plays dirtier than Bismark) and there's sure to be a long line after that.

It's not the first time an unsettled Burger had to result to playing dirty when getting completely annihilated by Pocock. It definitely won't be the last, but let's hope someone other than Kepu is there to sort him out next time.
