but seriously folks......

3 Robinson - for the dominant scrummaging show.
2 Chisholm - for seemingly giving his all all game
1 JOC (James O'Connor) - for looking the most assured and dangerous back.

But I struggled with these. Was disapointed with Turner, Hynes, Cross, AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), Gits, Burgo, Brown, Elsom, Horwill and Moore.

ugh...

3. Fat Cat - did his job
2. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) - still the danger man, defense looked good
1. Rocky - for the hard yards

0.5 to Cooper for the cameo

Desmond Connor (43)
3. Chisholm
2. Fat Cat
1. Genia

nods: Cooper, JOC (James O'Connor), Rocky, Smith, Pocock (because its the best i've seen him),

guys who shouldn't be paid:
Turner, Hynes ( do you two do any worth value? the most useless wingers i've seen) Cross, Gits (your a 12), Burgo (a year a half and your still terrible), Brown (go back to club land) and Horwill.

Nice cameo's from Cooper and Genia, and JOC (James O'Connor) showed some good touches. Looked his most self assured to date in this company.

Giteau by a mile!

even with the kicking inaccuracies and the occasional lapse i thought he played better than last week. produced more positives anyways. and i think made a case for him playing at 12 which is all the better!

Why are we all in complete agreement that Gits should be at 12 and he is at 10? We have been at this for 2 years now.

Is Deans really the messiah? I'm starting to think he's a little slow...

didnt think i would ever say this but cooper should have come on earlier.
genia made some bad options for mine, he had alot of quick ball that should have been dealt with better but he was a little slow and the ball he gave under pressure was terrible. like him off the bench but dont wanna see him with the slowed ball. think burgo should stay starting.

big mention to chis, lineout didnt suffer without sharpe, would be nice if we sticked to the row from tonight and sharpe came back into it slowly if at all.

yes git is a 12. needs space

deans has more faith then good at times. i still am of the belief it is working. i think it's the players that are slow.
it interesting that his style works best with the younger/guys his brought in this year guys (genia, JOC (James O'Connor), Quade, Alexander, Chisholm).

why so he can throw shit balls from the scrum base. genia and cooper showed how impotent it is to have a good passing came and towards the end it showed. We had better flowing attack.

:lmao: Quite appropriate use of words given the toothless Wallaby attack.

I had it -
3. Robinson
2. Alexander
1. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper)

Fat Cat - quality scrummaging, active at ruck, our best on the pitch.
Moore - needed to get more involved, too slow around the park at times.
Alexander - impressive how well he's adapting to tighthead. But it seems to be sucking a lot of energy out of him and his work around the park is suffering.
Horwill - solid, slowly finding form, needs to work on his body height in contact situations.
Chisholm - why call those lineouts to the back ?
Elsom - toiled hard but is playing on one leg. More bark than bite but that's likely due to his fitness.
Smith - has become far too soft and is a real worry. Its not just the unforgivable chip kick. Stop getting into first receiver all the time and do your job.
Brown - I told you so.
Burgess - has the worst job in Australian sport. I have no objections to Genia getting more experience and a couple of starts under his belt but hope Burgess isn't scapegoated.
Giteau - should be sentenced 40 years to life for murder. He's killing us. Its not just that he chokes in bad games, his woefulness is contagious.
AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) - like Giteau, not the same player out of his natural position.
Cross - Dead weight.
The back 3 - yet again, they didn't want to know. No bottle.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO

He just cannot start another game. He is a freaking protected species and it's really aggravating. He needs to be dropped ASAP. And don't tell me it's not his fault, that it's our fowards and Giteaus positioning in the backline. Rubbish.

Gits had a good game despite the absolutely shit service of Burgess who continues to be the worst half back in Australian test history. Even Lynagh reckons Burgess is the problem. Did anyone see how close Gits stood next to Burgess in order to get a decent pass?

Well done to the Bokke. Too good.

I refuse to pick any of our forwards given how piss weak they were inthe 1st 20mins (where the game was lost). To many basic errors (catch the ball for FFS) and they looked like they were scared of the ruck. The bok forwards were beautiful to watch in the 1st 20 mins and were completely dominant.

I thought Elsom was the best of our pigs, with Robinson close behind. Other than Smit, all of the bok forwards were along way ahead of all of the Aus forwards when it counted. Smit kept us in the game with his scrummaging.

Note: the fact that we tore their scrum a new a-hole for the last 60 mins doesn't make up for the poor line out, deficiencies at the break down and that poor scrum in front of our posts thatr lead to Fourie's try.

we had clean ball during that flowing attack, we had ball twice as fast from the ruck as burgo had, but hey, im sure you can ignore that for this mythical pass that genia seems to have, his option taking was terrible, it wouldnt matter if his pass was faster than supermans sperm, he went the wrong way and when he had to fight for the ball for mine he was found wanting. If he starts and he fails you will still say he is better than burgo and that is crap. Ignore the fact that the boks had twice as many people at the breakdown for most of the match and that luke actually had to fight for ball to make a point? its the same shit every week, he did a job, not a great job, but a good job tonight under a shitload of pressure, but the last twenty and the 15 phases that went a metre showed just how good genia is right?

You mean the 15 phases that resulted in a try?

You're kidding about Burgess. The difference in his pass and Genia's is like chalk and cheese. Only the most one eyed Tah's fan could see it any different.

Oh... ;)

dont know what game you were wtaching but the 15 phases led to a metre gain and a turnover.
Genias pass under pressure isnt any better than burgos, i would prefer sheehan to come back in at this point to both of them. but the ball burgo had to walk with was horrible in the first place. this Genia is god attitude going round is a joke when most of his time on has come against teams who aint trying anymore. the boks were tired in the last ten and genia had a heap of clean ball, it was training drill worthy, if burgo was on for the last half hour he would have looked just as good. the only person who looked like a star tonight was Quade, and that goes to show how tired the saffas were.

i agree start genia and let him deal with the crap in brissy, then bring on burgo and everyone can kiss his ass when he looks better than genia!

im not calling that one is better than the other, just that people are talking up genia when he hasnt actually offered anything so far in his test career. his undetected knock ons at the ruck last night under pressure proved who he is currently, he still has a long long way to go to nail down a starting spot.
