Maybe Baxter did get screwed and surely, the video is compelling evidence (although I'm sure thats not ALL the scrums in the match). But part of the scrum is adapting your technique when the ref is pinging you, isn't it?
Take Joubert test 1 out of the equation - what about the other 3 tests?

During the episode devoted to THP on ruggamatrix Ewen McKenzie remarked that Baxter's build actually counts against him because his back is too long. Apparently a long back is a bad thing to have as a prop. Something to do with leverage.
