Horan said he was on track to cracking the wallabies squad. Then he got injured.
If injury free he could be very handy at inside centre imo

My recollection was Horan was even more bullish than that. From memory he was calling for Rennie to include him in the Wallabies on the back of one or two games.

He has always been highly rated though. Hopefully he gets a decent run injury free now. I won’t complain if he’s pretty rusty on Saturday though.

Injuries to Kuenzle, Palu, Proctor and Tomkinson have left them pretty light on at centre. That said I wouldn't have minded seeing Potter at 13 with Leahy coming onto the wing and Pasitoa on the bench over Poolman.

O'Donnell must of really wanted back to NSW. Starting 13 this week and was with the Force last year. Norths boy and Cron loves picking up his former Clubs guys. I don't mind this selection though. I thought he looked like he's filled out when carrying the water last week. Flook is a decent defender but I'd send Pasitoa directly at him and have Pietsch/Potter on the hip.

Poolman and Burey is a bit more flexible given the starters than Leahy and Burey, but Leahy is so much more promising than Poolman o don't think it matters that much.
