1st bit was WA discussing the terms & definitions of the alliance agreement & arbitrators findings.
Force and Rebel should combined and form the Jedi's :/
I'd say so. The ARU asked if the result would be today, the judge laughed, inferring it's unlikelyI assume we won't know the result until next week?

Get to fuck.
Check this bit
"There's no suggestion the Super Rugby board ever agreed to cut the Western Force from its competition, a Sydney court has heard.
Barrister Robert Newlinds SC told the NSW Supreme Court on Wednesday it was the Australian Rugby Union's decision to axe the Force not SANZAAR (South African, New Zealand, Australian and Argentina rugby).
Mr Newlinds, acting for RugbyWA, said at the moment any suggestion SANZAAR had agreed to cut one of the Australian teams from the Super Rugby competition was wrong."
Interesting -
So, Super Rugby must be at least 15 teams, not exactly 15, as the ARU keeps telling us.
And, SANZZZZZR had no role in culling the Force or any Australian team?

This isn't exactly news.... it's always been the ARU's decision on which team to cut.
The members of SANZAAR agreed to cut a team... decisions need to be unanimous so if the ARU voted against the cut it wouldn't have happened....
Again, this isn't new information.
More the ARU spin more than anything the idea it wasn't ARU's decision alone.
I think you missed the bit where SANZAAR may not have agreed to or been a party (yet) to cutting ANY Oz teamThis isn't exactly news.... it's always been the ARU's decision on which team to cut.
