I can't help but agree with the OP, after witnessing generations of Fainga'a holding down important stakeholder positions throughout Australian rugby since the game's earliest beginnings...

It has become a name associated with wealth and power, much like Rothschild, Murdoch, and Medici...

Throughout history, scores of unworthy Fainga'a have found themselves quickly risen through the playing ranks and coaching staff...

I am frankly quite disgusted at the level of bias that is shown towards this privileged family...
