From what I heard he is an innocent party but has been caught in the middle of what some might call corporate sabotage between a couple of competing businesses. It will likely end up blowing over but another player over there is feeding me the intel and believes at the moment Toshiba are refusing to pay him.

Stadium build is reportedly six months ahead of schedule. No word on how it's going budget-wise but as I understand it the main contracts are all fixed-price so shouldn't be an issue.
