Friday night at Wollahra should be a very good game this week. Pats V Cranbrook, anybody got team lists from this or last week for either team. Or predicted line ups? Anyone going to be there

Not sure if it will be a good game. I think it will be pretty embarrassing given Cranbrook can't even beat pius.

Agreed, Cranbrook were very disappointing. However, they'll be looking to prove a point this weekend.

I've heard that there are a few lingering injuries from some of Cranbrook's key players. Resulting in a backline reshuffle, which should be interesting. Potentially game deciding.

I don't think Cranbrook will lose by 21 or more... However with the Friday night lights and Cranbrook Students screaming from the hill, I wouldn't doubt the brook just yet.

I have to agree some what here. However with Alex Conti long kicks into the corner the Cranbrook Wingers need to be ready

Definitely a sharp fall off at Knox.
How many AFL teams?

Presumably also the case at the Jnr/Prep school with no numbers coming through.

But not a surprise and suspect this will gradually impact all schools.
Wallabies just don't get the interest they once did, and putting Super Rugby behind an obscure paywall certainly hasn't helped.

Rugby really needs the Lions tour (next year) and World cup (2027) to generate some public interest.

It’s also parents choosing sports that are perceived to be less dangerous.

But agree, most kids don’t see much rugby anymore compared to other sports, so it’s just not as enticing to play.

Not much AFL - 5 teams across the whole school. Football, volleyball both v popular.

Pius aren't as weak as they are in recent years, been a good team in their year 12 age group.
