Barker were missing Kitchener and a few forwards, not sure about the others.

It looked like Trinity, Waverley and Cranbrook were all resting players, yes Weymouth and Reimer both played.
Not sure anyone should read anything into a 7's comp.
However, from today I would have to say that this years comp is probably between Knox, Barker and Aloys.
Aloys (as did Cranbrook) also fielded a team in a 10s comp at Weigal, so maybe they were there.Watching the 7s today Alos were without Westbury, Rahme or Ienco and still managed to play very well, dont know if those boys were injured and rested or just didnt play but very strong side

Does anyone know how this year's Knox U/15 squad did last year as U/14s in the CAS?
Yep, the lost to Waverley by 12 points, but beat the other CAS schools handsomely.
100% true but finding it very hard to like that comment....Yep, the lost to Waverley by 12 points, but beat the other CAS schools handsomely.

WTF and Axel,
You are both 100% correct, but don't despair, remember that Knox won the penalty count 25-1 v Waverley..
Were you at Cranbrook on Saturday by any chance WLF?
