Waratahs are just too loose on the key points. Donaldson's kick is the perfect example. Too many silly basic errors at key times. That was there for the taking. Much better effort though.

Berry was Berry, same as ever, few odd ones but the Tahs had that game in reach and it was more their own errors that gifted opportunities back to the Brumbies who were good at taking them.

By the way that the Tahs played, they should not have been at "they had that game in reach". They should have been all over it. Berry's false calls continued through to impacting the chance of the Waratahs pulling it together at the end.

Not a few bad ones, but several and involving cards and skewed against one team. It wasn't simply a bad night for the ref but a level playing field of bad.

Thought he was pretty good. Bad kick at the end will be what he takes from the game. But was his best game at 10 for the tahs.

The thing that shits me about games like that: I have to ignore the close calls I think the ref got wrong, because we were our own worst enemies at the other points that really mattered.

Two restarts we utterly fucked up are the main offenders.
