Cruden is singlehandedly keeping the Brumbies in this game.

Mr Kaplan, refereeing excellently, is singlehandedly keeping the Brumbies in this game.

Standing in the tunnel at the end of the match was interesting as the officials walked off the field.
Never have I heard so many profanities used at the same time by those in the crowd around the tunnel.

I was talking to one of the officials after the match, and they confirmed that it was a pretty clear decision to award the try.

It's not the officials' job to refund the crowd's money.

I only saw snippets at the pub but what I saw was dire. The Brumbies are amazingly soft. I've never seen a side work harder at NOT playing rugby. They just don't get it.

I'm with everyone else here, that was very hard to watch. On that form the Brumbies will really struggle next week against the Tah's. They really do lack penetration and the ability to finish off. I cannot see thm in the Final Four.

If Tahs supporters were pissed off at the start of the season, I don't know how angry Brumbies fans should be.

Well, that was a waste of 2 hours of my life

Trying to write something positive out of that match would be like trying to polish a turd..

Yep that game was the worst I've seen in a long long time, Let's not forget how shit the Hurricanes are ATM also.

I was just looking at the coaching staff, why the hell don't they have a backs coach?

we have

Tony Rea - def and skills
Bill Young - Scrum
Owen Finegan - Forwards

my god

Louie: Friend isn't to blame but I can't say exactly what the problem is. The forwards are doing well generally but it's the backs that seem to be having problems. Obviously injuries don't help but the team that went out there last night wasn't the worst. In saying that, it's difficult to build a combination when there's a different player next to you every week.

Disco: The Hurricanes came to spoil, and they executed that plan perfectly. Kaplan had lost patience with them couldn't have made it any clearer before putting them in the bin. They had some wise heads in the forwards wasting time when down a player and defended very well and waited for a mistake from the Brumbies to attack.

They certainly seem to be a long way from "the Real Madrid of Australian Rugby" That we heard about 11 weeks ago. Giteau made a meal of 5/8 on his return.

so do you reckon rugby fans from across NSW and ACT will be rushing out to buy tickets to the game at ANZ next week because of that performance?

It could be a small small crowd!
