Tahs could learn a lot about patience by watching the Brumbies.

Brumbies earn a weird (time wasting?) penalty to end the half and decide to kick it out to take a 13-6 lead into half time.

Brumbies deserve their lead but the Chiefs played better for the first quarter.

Good try from To'omua is ultimately the difference.

Brumbies scrum and lineout look weapon grade but apart from that there isn't much between the two teams.

Good game despite the lack of tries.

Chiefs have a glut of possession and Brums infringe allowing Anscombe to make it 13-9 with a well taken penalty goal.

Lucky award there. Looked like it could have left the hands forward, but Sir has adjudicted in Ponies favour, so that is that. Try time for Ponies.

Brumbies have a close range lineout 45min gone.

Moore makes a great run straight off the top of the lineout.

Ball shifted wide and the Brums seem to score in the right corner with Tomane neatly picking up a possibly forward pass.

18-9 kick to come.

Lealiifano smears it wide and the score doesn't change. 47min gone.
