The information was available five days before memberships opened (11 Sep 2019: public disclosure of intention to play the Stormers game at Manuka Oval, with a full explanation of why. 16 Sep 2019: membership sales open.). At that stage, just pay attention to the news around the team.
The packages were also marketed as having at-level seating (e.g. gold members get gold-level seats):
If they host a QF at Manuka, maybe you could claim false advertising? But ffs, celebrate that your team is hosting a QF, and it would probably be informed by how the Stormers game goes anyway.
Also, if you can’t get to Manuka Oval, then I seriously doubt your ability to get to Bruce Stadium, so you’re not going to get a pass on accessibility. On a disability level, Manuka Oval is more accessible as well.
And if you don’t want to go to the Brumbies game because it isn’t at Bruce Stadium, and that’s the only reason left to you at this point, well, what the hell are you going to do when they rip it down?
It’s all nonsense.
Ah, the pesky T&C......
All details outlined in the Membership Brochure, the Membership Renewal Brochure and the Membership Website form part of the Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of sale that all Members are subject to the
Terms & Conditions of GIO Stadium Canberra.
Same-seat Renewal Period:
Brumbies members wishing to renew their same reserved seat Brumbies membership for the 2020 season have an exclusive renewal period until 5pm 1st of November 2019.
Membership Seating
Members purchasing reserved seat memberships online will be able to select their seating at the time of purchase (excluding those with 4 Game Memberships). Membership applications received in person will be date stamped upon receipt of full payment of the membership fee, or on payment of first instalment if selecting the monthly Brumbies Payment Plan.
If a member would like to request a change to their existing seat after the point of renewal, they are required to do so in writing by emailing
membership@brumbies.com.au. Seat changes will not be accepted or processed over the phone.
Members from the previous season are allotted a priority period to renew their ‘same seat’ for the forthcoming season. After the renewal cut-off date (1 November 2019), same seat allocations cannot be guaranteed, and renewal seating will be allocated on a best available basis.
Pre-paid parking
Pre-paid parking can be purchased for the 2019 season through the Brumbies membership department. Pre-paid parking is limited and only available to full season Platinum, Gold, Silver & GA members.

Pre-paid parking passes are only valid for the public car park and under no circumstance permit entry to the VIP car parks. Parking passes must be treated like cash, no replacements or refunds will be issued if passes are lost. Parking passes are transferable.
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Parking is subject to the Terms and Conditions of GIO Stadium Canberra.
As per Adam comment above, best intentions but they appear to have made some errors.
