SMH is reporting that Bledisloe I will be played on Thursday 15 September so as not to clash with an AFL preliminary final on the originally-scheduled Saturday 17th.
Oh that's the reason, I thought it may of been a typo with the date.SMH is reporting that Bledisloe I will be played on Thursday 15 September so as not to clash with an AFL preliminary final on the originally-scheduled Saturday 17th.
Adelaide Oval got the springboks testIs going to take place at Marvel Stadium, isn't it? Any idea of where's is going to take place the second test against Springboks? Maybe at ANZ stadium? Now known as Accor stadium or Home Bush stadium so as not to confuse

There are 2 tests against Boks in OZ. First one in Adelaide and the second one to be confirmed:Adelaide Oval got the springboks test
Home Bush is too big for almost any test. Only the ABs can get a decent crowd there and probably the Pommies, the other big enemy. It would be better to play against England there, I think there are more Europeans living in Sydney than South AfricansSydney Test is set to take place at the new SFS, if its opened by then.
Homebush is absolutely garbage for rectangular sports anyway, ill boycott any game there unless its a one-off like Lions Tour or RWCHome Bush is too big for almost any test. That's sure. It used to be worst with the old design. The NSW Government has a plan to rebuild to something similar to the Cardiff stadium. I have not idea what happened to that. Probably is too expensive and no makes senseHomebush is absolutely garbage for rectangular sports anyway, ill boycott any game there unless its a one-off like Lions Tour or RWC

NRL campaigned against it and demanded the money be spread out across suburban stadiums like Manly, Penrith and CambletownThat's sure. It used to be worst with the old design. I wish we were talking MCG for the Bledisloe with 70,000+ - this game will go a long way to deciding what Tests Melbourne gets over the coming years, and at the RWCI've seen how good and bad Marvel can be for rugby.
The two Lions tests were all-time occasions for sport in this city. Great crowds and pulsing footy. Then there's the French test in 2014, won by us 6-0 in front of fewer than 20k fans.
I'd almost prefer to pay a bit more per ticket and get a capacity crowd at AAMI Park. The atmosphere there is fantastic and sight lines are superior from all seats, but the lure of a Marvel sellout chance is hard to ignore for administrators.
Not a fan of oval stadiums either but apart from that it's pretty well located. Easy to get to and disappear to a million and one pubs or bars afterwards.Don’t like marvel as the venue, it’s a terrible ground a lot of Melburnian’s hate it. While the ground owner/operator always gets a cut it’s an AFL owned venue so they will take a decent slice of the pie
