In fairness he is also an excellent goal kicker so long as the game isn't on the line or it's in any way a pressure kick..
I will give him that.

He actually needs to get some ball to have a chance at instigating a ‘dangerous’ play. If you lose 7 of your own lineouts your 10 is never going to the have the opportunity to do anything. Barrett was great on counter but no dangerous play came from him either in structured play. That was not lost on me. But it really came home to roost how little BF offers tonight. Sure, set-piece was poor, tired forward on the fringes exposed, but no dangerous play came from our 10 all night, and not one part of his game is good. He ball-plays 5 metres from the defense and just shuffles the pressure. KB (Kurtley Beale) is incredible working with the rubbish he gets.

I think he is solid in most aspects with a good step and good pace off the mark. That is it. Neither To'omua or Beale are better at 10 for varying reasons IMO. That is fine, its all opinion.
But that said I think you are kidding yourself if you think Cheika will make any changes in the RC (excepting injuries and those brought in for injuries) he has proved to be totally stubborn in the face of failures at every level of planning and selection.
A detailed and well thought out replyPlease don't compare the two. It's very rude to Beauden.
This right here sums up tonight. Cheika with his same ideas picking the same players doing the same thing we saw 4 years ago. He never tries anything different. He's not capable of it. Picking Phipps and Latu, who barely get a starting role at the tahs, sums him up.
Simon, I agree on everything you've said except for the rating of Pocock. He had as much influence, or more, on the team than the rest of them put together. He was massive all over the field. But otherwise, you are right on the money.

Ok, knucklehead.
Beauden is a superior athlete, he reads space far better, he executes all of his skills (on both sides of his body) better, he is an incredible ball running and ball-playing 10, he is more than capable in defense, he ball-plays at the LINE, he is superior in every element of the game bar none.
Bernard's last name is Foley.
In actual fact maybe this comparison is rude to Bernard, it is certainly rude to someone.
Have you noticed that they do not make a team? None of them have very good skills. Picking on one bloke is a bit redundant when 23 of them were poor. Tell me again which 10 in Oz has better skills,
You mean a guy who couldnt make the worse performing oz side wasnt up for itYep, ditto your thoughts on Rodda (tonight). And I'll add Tui.
Or possible our two best props got lost close to the game..God you have no idea at all do you? You would just prefer to play junior sides you can win against and not try to improve. Why do you think the set piece was so crap? I would give you a tip that the players are quite capable of performing to the required level if they are prepared properly and actually execute the skills, but then I don't think you can recognise the skills required or what a good rugby attack would look like.
And yes they are beatable, Ireland did it last year and quite well.
All besides the point as I never claimed Foley was better than Barrett, merely that Foley didn’t have the opportunity to create any dangerous play because he had no quality pill and that Barrett, while being a freak in counter, didn’t set up any great plays when the All Blacks hadn’t immediately turned it over.Ok, knucklehead.

Man fuck all this 'replace the coach' or 'replace this player'.
We will never win the Bledisloe. Ever. I'll never pay to see it again. It's time to shelve it.
If Rugby is to ever improve in Aus we need to stop being NZs punching bags and we can't do that shit by playing them 3 times a year.
Plus, first test in Sydney every year we get fucking fluffybunnyed by nz. Hows that going to go for your fan attendance?

Wouldnt judge the bloke on one game against the Darkness. To be fair, i wouldnt judge any of them on this result.
It's utterly pointless. NZ are the Wermacht of the rugby world. You might beat them with a world 15 but the rest is pointless.
Making our lads play them 3 times a year is cruelty.

The most ridiculous schedule ever agreed to by the then ARU.
