So, I don't like to share the spoils for team of the week...

Last year I got creative on a couple of occasions where there were equal votes in one position.

Before I post this week's team, I'll just send a final call for more votes otherwise I'll have to make a very tough decision.

I'm guessing that's Swinton/Valetini. I wonder what's an appropriate countback methodology, the highest Fantasy score or something?

Nah, there was a clear winner there... but I'm going to take on a very simple solution to solve this week's conundrum.

Honestly a couple of spots I struggled to think of someone worthy. I thought of naming Perese on a wing and either Harris or Anstee at 6.

A couple of 50/50 calls, Lonergan over Prior and Swain over the hard working Philip, Swain forcing the Drua to adjust how they went about their lineout earns him the nod. Anstee’s work in the line out puts him in front of four very good options, Wilson, Valetini, Harris and Wells.
Kaitu’u has taken his game to another level with the captaincy. Everything he does he does with energy, discipline and high rugby I.Q.

Looking back, seems skinny Reds wise considering that they won, possibly Wilson at 8 and Stewart (For his defense) at 12

Other commitments meant that I only got to see the first half of Tahs v Reds, and only intermittent snippets of Rebs v Force. So I won't be posting a TOTW this week, but the following caught my eye in the little I saw.

Angus Bell was exceptional for the Tahs; FLW (Fergus Lee-Warner), Philip, Holloway and Frost all had big impacts in their respective games; Anstee had some big moments for the Force while Valetini was my MOTM against the Drua. Pasitoa looks to be well at home at 10 for the Force, while Parese is one of the strongest contact players in the game (pity his ball handling is often sub-par). Again Ioane added a lot of power to the Rebels attack when he came on.

Any more comments I want to make on Brumbies players, I'll make on the game thread.

Reg trying to make life difficult for Slim :D

I took a bit of liberty with my centres and back 3 this week:

1. Bell (WAR)
2. Lonergan (BRU)
3. Johnson-Holmes (WAR)
4. Philip (REB)
5. Rodda (FOR)
6. Valetini (BRU)
7. Koteka (FOR)
8. Harris (WAR)
9. Prior (FOR)
10. O'Connor (RED)
11. Newsome (WAR)
12. Godwin (FOR)
13. Perese (WAR)
14. Muirhead (BRU)
15. Banks (BRU)

I probably could have had Kahui at 12 but that goes against my policy of selecting only Wallabies eligible players so I put his mate there instead.

Just a bit querulous about selecting Godwin at 12 and Perese at 13 KOB, when they played around the other way.
