There were 700 tackles made in that Souths Cronulla game - a typical rugby game is half of that. Combined with the fact that league is running wider channels, has two fewer players, and has more multi-man tackles, it's no surprise that backs are making more tackles.

That's right. I knew those statistic and TBH, League tackles are harder than Union. Not cause they are stronger is just pure physics, most of the time are 10 meters between the tackler and the ball-carrier in League meanwhile in Union the defence is almost in your face

That's a difference I'm willing to accept even if it does mean less revenue. If our overall revenue is less than NRL, but gate takings/memberships is up on the NRL I'd be happy.

Granted, a bistro/dining venue at Ballymore has legs. Close proximity to lots of residents and businesses, space for expansion and parking, could help drive local engagement with the venue (and get residents onside) - in a similar vein to Pitch & Fork at Wests, which does a roaring trade.
