Absolute bullshit. White had a good game and I am happy to see him stay on and not have Genia on the field meerkatting and yelling at his own team mates like his own shit doesn't stink.
And I am a red fanboi.
This state rivalry thing has to stop, so why don't you be the adult around here and drop it yourself?
donr give us shit fixturesThat game summed up rugby in this country.
Shit crowd, no atmosphere. Uninspired performance by a team with 0 ability to execute with any sort of consistency.
We need a new tight 5 before the world cup.

Not likely. This poster was making very similar comments last week as well.
Amen to the first part of that. I'm glad McKenzie decided to 'dumb' down the game plan a bit and kick it out of our 22 instead of running it...the glaring difference tonight (and this is principally due to White) is that the wallabies played smart rugby by sticking to a position game rather than a possession game. that will go unnoticed by the reds fanbois though, who will all want genia back because he's now hungry and motivated or something
And I am a red fanboi.
Surely now the coaching staff are going to look at the scrum technique of the players. As predicted the changing of players (Alexander for Kepu) did nothing to address the fundamental issues.
One thing I hope the IRB does address is the calling of the feed. Obviously thought of with good intentions but the unintended consequence is the the non-feeding team is being overly advantaged in timing their push instead of waiting for the actual feed they shove on the call. I would rather just see the ref silent and warn the 9s if they delay the feed. If it is delayed again then free kick them, there will be no more delays.
Apart from that one aspect I am loving seeing the scrums return to a true scrummaging contest when the ball is actually in play.
Nothing to get excited about.
Scrum still embarrassingly shit. Last scrum of the night was good though - new front row and Timani behind.
The pack is just depressing:
Slipper - cannot scrum. Bottleneck in the backline.
Moore - new scrum laws do not suit. Rest of his game has turned to shit, ie errors, penalties, missed tackles
Alexander - cannot scrum.
Simmons - no mongrel. Penalty and error magnet
Douglas - anonymous
Fardy - solid player, but not a ball running option
Hooper - great player, but light weight
Mowen -line out general, but that's about it. Journeyman.
Looking forward to the return of Pocock, Palu, Higgers, Nau and Horwill.
Robbo needs to be reinstated. Timani also needs to start, despite all his shortcomings.
Skelton to be fast tracked via the spring tour.
And a global search to be undertake for a decent tight head prop.
I have not yet figured out what's wrong with the half putting the ball in after "set".
I'd hoped the new laws would reduce the role of the refs in the scrums. Not so far.
Lol. Priceless. I made no excuses at all for him as I made no comment on how he played at all (good, bad or indifferent).I'd figured that out when you starting making excuses for cooper.
