Well they do try to judge that after every game. Obviously here they decided no bad refereeing decisions in the game changed the end result. If this information needs to be kept from the media then OK.
When they say "X decision didn't change the result", they are saying "we can't be certain that it would have changed the result". If a referee pings a team 3 times in the last 10 minutes with bad calls, and they go from a 6 point lead to a 3 point loss, then they would say - that they can be fairly certain the result was impacted by bad decisions from the referee.
