Read what I said , I want them to win but don't think they will. Same as I wanted Italy to win but didn't think they would. As it happens, if France are a stupidly big price I might have a bit on but that would only be because they represent good value in a three horse race with the third horse a rank outsider.

'Hope France beat you next weekend but can't see it happening', post 355. I want to win the euro millions tonight that doesn't mean I think I will. Penalty kick now for Wales, how I would piss myself if you boys lost.

I reckon Andy Robinson could have done worse than to give Richie Vernon a start at blindside for balance in the back row rather than continuing this dual opensides business with John Barclay and Ross Rennie. Not to take anything away from either of them, both excellent players.

Super saterday, coming soon Wales France will be a ding dong afair me thinks, France want the roof open and rain is forcast so what typ of game does France want to play. England Ireland, close this, I think Ireland are a bit like NZ, when NZ have McCaw and Carter they tick very well without them they can struggle a little, POC, BOD do the same for Ireland, are a different side without them, Although Ryan did well and Ferris is playing really well, their Midfield will be tested.
