They'll have to find something else to whinge about which usually doesn't take too long! Backline is the same as last week isn't it?

Barrett did debut last year when the prop stocks were down and got absolutely monstered. I think he might even playing 2nd grade for Randwick this year which is a massive step from being a Tahs regular. Not saying he won't make it one day but certainly think he has some development to go yet.

    Wallaby Coach after Joe

The Tahs won the comp in 2014 and Cheika only left because he got the Wallaby gig. Things can't have been too bad or he wouldn't have got a look in with the Wallabies.

A lot to unpack there @schmidt it in - but here goes! If you do move to the CW you will do yourself a favour by getting involved with a rugby club and from personal experience I will say Forbes is certainly a great one! You've pretty much summed it up with the Blowes and New Holland Cups. Not...

I give snippets of Kinross updates when I have them. I know boys and girls teams went to Coonabarabran on Saturday for their annual trail against TAS but unfortunately have not heard any results. If I hear anything I'll put them up.

OK.... who does everyone WANT to be Wallaby coach after Joe? Hit me with it.... :)

Thanks for the votes and the discussion. Its been an interesting with 39.5% calling for Les Kiss to be the next Wallaby coach. 'Other' (27.9%) and 'The next Kiwi off the production line' (7%) could almost be bunched together meaning just over a third of voters want someone from outside...

Watched Stannies 2nds who played 30mins against Knox (not sure which Knox XV) and got dusted about 31-7. Then played 30 mins against Canberra Marist Bros and won 14-12 with a late comeback. I had to leave just before oranges in the 1sts but Marist were ahead pretty comfortably when I left.

    Wallaby Coach after Joe

I just can't get on board with Lancaster being Wallaby coach. I know its a professional world based game these days but the thought of a Pom (or a Saffa for that matter) coaching the Wallabies just makes me feel a little queezy. I can handle a Kiwi because they are almost our cousins from the...

    Wallaby Coach after Joe

Ok footy fans.... who is going to be the Wallaby coach after Aussie Joe leaves our shores and crosses back over the ditch? We need someone to continue to build on what Joe has achieved. Who is the best man for the job?

Tupou for all his 'faults' is still one of the best scrummagers in world rugby. He may not be as explosive around the field as people would like but it wasn't that many years ago Aussie front rowers were being criticised for not being strong enough at scrum time. Maybe we can't expect the modern...

    Reds v Waratahs - Sat 15th Mar - Suncorp

I didn't watch the Crusaders game and he made a couple of glaring mistakes against the Force but I also thought he had some really good touches against the Force where he looked very impressive.

A bit of movement in the CW Blowes Cup 1st grade coaching ranks this year with several clubs having change at the top. Cowra: Adam Meiklejohn Forbes: Guy Wilkinson Bathurst Bulldogs: Chris Plunkett Orange Emus: Andy Hillam joins Nigel Staniforth Orange City (Greg Lee) and Dubbo Roos (Tom...

In recent years Newcastle, Illawarra, and Central West have probably been the benchmark zones in country NSW. New England not so much because it is a small zone (Armidale, a couple of uni sides, Guyra etc). Central North is also pretty strong (Moree, Narrabri, Tamworth, Gunnedah etc).

I’ll be interested to see how Cooper Watters develops over the next few years. I saw him play last year and he was very impressive the day I watched him. He is tall, fast, and strong and a real standout in the game I watched.

    Aussie Player Exodus

Wouldn't it be great to see a player of Hooper's ability giving back to the game and playing a year in the Shute Shield. Imagine the crowds he would attract and what a thrill it would be for younger players to play with and against him.

Interesting.... I've heard on the grapevine a couple of backs might be on the move too. Certainly only rumours at this stage from my source but sometimes where there is smoke there is fire!!
