New Blog Post: CAS Round 9 – One round to go

Do you mean point differential of games between Knox and Waverley? That would be a fair comparison.

    CAS Rugby 2016

Saw a really entertaining game of schoolboy rugby today between Knox and Trinity. Trinity were really 'up' for the game and acquitted themselves well on Knox's home ground. Rasch and Morris were standouts and make the impact that helps Trinity to be current ranked 3rd in the CAS competition...

    CAS Rugby 2016

Thanks for fact checking SV. Yes, I got Mohi wrong. Apologies. However, the CAS Rugby site only has Mr Carr for 1 x try in round 1, and 3 x tries in round 4. Please advise if this is incorrect? I believe the with the rest we are consistent. Cheers

    CAS Rugby 2016

I am surprised that Cranbrook didn't play Stenmark at 10 and Searle at 12/13. This was relatively successful combination last year. I agree that Woodcock had a solid game. Nothing flashy, but safe and good tackling. I liked watching him, Searle and Stenmark bash into each other. Standing next to...

    CAS Rugby 2016

Not sure if that's a great idea BSF. Boys grow at different rates and get faster/ slower, etc. particularly between year 10 and yr 12. It also assumes that the team can't be improved upon utilising talent from the additional age group(s) available. Certainly GPS will pick the players most...

    CAS Rugby 2016

I think there was some commentary on this topic earlier in the thread. It will be an interesting tussle for the CAS No. 10 Jersey's this season. IMHO the following are contenders: Dainton (Aloys) - Had an excellent 2014 season. Hopefully he will have overcome that injury. Woodcock (Knox) -...
