    Ireland v Wallabies - Sunday 1 Dec, 2:10 AEDT

In our numbered, Best backrow in the world atm is 6. PSDT 7. Mcreight 8. Doris/Savea/Valetini/Alldritt (bit harder)

    Ireland v Wallabies - Sunday 1 Dec, 2:10 AEDT

For me thats the hard thing - if we get rid of skelton to make our lineout a weapon, then yeh you are right we didn't use it. However the maul is a key lineout weapon and its better with him there (as long as we win it). So i guess the question is, how much worse is the lineout success rate with...

    Ireland v Wallabies - Sunday 1 Dec, 2:10 AEDT

Yeh sure, but the comment I was responding to was when Skelton was there there were NO jumpers. There was never meant to be 'no' jumpers. And in the 'prime' starting squad, there wouldn't be 'no' jumpers. Just 1 in frost probably lol....... but not 0! We do not know what a 4.Frost 5.Skelton...

TBF, last week they had LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) AND Skelton starting together. The lineout was fine when it was Frost/Skelton.

Will be interesting seeing him head to head with a more enforcer 6/lock in Beirne. He's a bit more in the Kremer/Dutoit mould (but a downgrade). Valetini has that fantastic no.8 style go forward (like Weise), but these grizzled northerners love shifting tin.

I don't think he should be starting anyway. His impact is his superpower. He has never been outstanding when starting as everyone else is fresh. When they are tired - he can turn the tide, starting with winning scrum penalties (something he rarely does as a starter, but regularly does as a finisher)

    Ireland v Wallabies - Sunday 1 Dec, 2:10 AEDT

In some training photos, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) and tupou were running against Bell and Ala'alatoa. So thinking Tupou may come off the bench?

Scotland v Wallabies at Murrayfield 12.40am Mon 25 Nov

I wouldn't be bothering with Gleeson on the bench. If the lineout is a question mark, I'd be having Williams or Uru with LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) there (or a 6/2 split) 1. Bell 2. Faessler 3. Tupou 4. Frost 5. Skelton 6. Valetini 8. Wilson 7. Mcreight 9. Gordon 10. Lolesio 11. Jorgensen 12. Ikitau 13. JAS 14...

    Wallabies 2024

Will Wilson be back for game 3? 12 day stand down takes him reasonably close, will they just save him for Ireland? Assuming Kerevi will get a suspension but imo he shouldnt and he should start again. 1. Bell 2. Faessler 3. Ala'alatoa 4. Frost 5. Skelton 6. Williams 8. Valetini 7. Mcreight 9...

    Queensland Reds 2025

Tahu was lucky to get Gold - he was average. Singed on 500k a year for 4 years but didnt finish it. Will Chambers was our pickup and thought it would be huge. Unfortunately he struggled at 13 in Rugby Union especially with defensive positioning - and a bit slow for wing. He was not offered a...

Wales v Australia, Monday 18 November 3:10am AEDT

Christy has used hte word 'could' so many times it cannot be taken as 'has these changes'. "Wilson a no.8 is out, and Uru could replace him. Skelton will start and Williams may make way" In no way does this mean that Uru is being leaked to be a starter, or that Williams is dropped completely...

    Aussie Player Exodus

Is that why he hasn't been 'farewelled?' because after his joker contract, he is entitled to recommence the completion of his Australia contract?

Wales v Australia, Monday 18 November 3:10am AEDT

AAA will captain - he filled the role when Wilson went off and in the post game. Also him starting gives a bit more of a workrate over tupou, which is needed with skelton in over Wilson. Bit less impact, bit more get shit jobs done.

    Wallabies 2024

I'm guessing we need to be Wales - but mainly Scotland (plus lose to Ireland) if we want a chance of moving up the ladder again at Englands expense.
