    Rebels 2021

Well his contract is up at the end of the season. And at this stage and with this squad, it's not about rebuilding. Its about a fresh approach cause what's happening right now is not working.

    Rebels 2021

If the Rebels want to approach an Aussie coach to bring home, I'd go with Nathan Hines, no ties to Aussie rugby politics and plenty of experience

    Rebels 2021

Tahs can have him, from a Munster fan. His attack coaching is no better then Wessals I wouldn't mind seeing what Rob Penney could do with our squad though.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Yep, Irish fans will fill any stadium any where. Did you know the biggest attendance at the Rugby world cup is Ireland v Romania, 89,267 at Wembley Stadium.

    Waratahs 2021

Did not even look at the date, the way the NSW board is it really could happen

    Waratahs 2021

I just saw this on the Roar BREAKING: Waratahs sack interim head coaches for "failing to meet on-field expectations" https://www.theroar.com.au/2021/04/01/breaking-waratahs-sack-interim-head-coaches-for-failing-to-meet-on-field-expectations/ Surely that can't have happened already?

Super Rugby Rnd 7: Rebels v Reds

^^^Add 3 long range goals for Hodge, we knows the Reds discipline will be costly.

Super Rugby Rnd 7: Rebels v Reds

Think it's more to do with rounds 2 and 4 then last year. Rebels had to fly to Brisbane the day of the game, had to return to ACT rather then return home. Rearrange one game to suit the others states rules etc. Think it's more the suggestion that we should now play in Sydney cause Brisbane has...

Super Rugby Rnd 7: Rebels v Reds

yes, but for anyone who was in greater Brisbane for the back dated dates, all they need to do is isolate till they receive a negative result. A friend of mine was contacted Saturday, tested at 8am on Sunday and received his result on Sunday at 2pm. So Isolated for all of a few hours.

Super Rugby Rnd 7: Rebels v Reds

that the game would be going ahead as scheduled this weekend without having to consider a change of venue. Oh wait, that's common sense so that can't be expected from and member of rugby Australia

Super Rugby Rnd 7: Rebels v Reds

sorry I have to call bull shit on that, what ever they could? They should have flown to Melbourne on Sunday morning at the latest, even Saturday night after the game. The restrictions with Brisbane had not come into play and all they would have had to do is a test and wait for a result. Staying...

Super Rugby Rnd 7: Rebels v Reds

So the Reds remained in Sydney, will currently have to take a Covid test and isolate till they receive the result. Know someone who was in Brisbane 2 weeks ago and had to go get tested and wait for the result yesterday.

Super Rugby Rnd 7: Rebels v Reds

Called off games in Europe were bonus point wins with a 28-0 margin. As a Rebels fan who can't attend this weekend, ill take that result. If Reds are expecting any sympathy when the Rebels were forced to fly up the same day as the game earlier in the year, your kidding.

    Waratahs 2021

haha, I remember when he resigned one Michael Hooper did not even stay at his side and left the press conference. How on earth do you expect Mckenzie to go-to the tahs when it was all NSWRU who forced his hand when at the Wallabies.

    Rebels 2021

Agree, Paisami should stay in Queensland. Not sure if you would trust him with his inner circle down here, he had a few off field issues before he was let go. The last one was quite serious. More chance at snagging Samu

    Rebels 2021

I'd much rather invest in keeping Hosea then signing a center who can't pass. Had one of them for years and it does not work. Did not work when he was at the Reds either even of he was there best attacking option.

    Rebels 2021

With 75% capacity this makes no sense, just lets members use there normal passes. Not going to get 20k on Easter weekend anyway.

    Round 5: Rebels v Tahs - Friday 19/3, AAMI Park, 7:45pm AEDT

I doubt we will see DHP back, his starting running last week so would be at least 3 weeks away. Have not heard anything about Naisarani or Magnay. We get those 2 back and Orr our squad starts to look a lot stronger.

    Round 5: Rebels v Tahs - Friday 19/3, AAMI Park, 7:45pm AEDT

Ok, the Rebels switched off after the toughest first half of the season. But let's look at the positives for the Rebels, 1) They have the toughest 3 games done and picked up 6 points. 2) They have a bye and 3 home games before they are on the road again. 3) The Brumbies have to travel to...
