    Round 5: Rebels v Tahs - Friday 19/3, AAMI Park, 7:45pm AEDT

He defiantly has been the most consistent lock this season across all the Aussie sides, not a stand out player but does his job well week in week out. And at only 21 I hope the Rebels and the ARU offer him a pretty lengthy contract next up.

    Round 5: Rebels v Tahs - Friday 19/3, AAMI Park, 7:45pm AEDT

i'd take Maddocks over Anderson if it's the Maddocks when he was here. Current form, tight call. Think he needs more ball cause his been starved rather then playing poor.

    Six Nations 2020

Dan took his comments down, his heart is in the right place wanting players to be allowed to return to pacific nations after representing their 1 but was the wrong way to go about it. To me, I really don't think CJ or Lowe should be capped for Ireland. Especially Lowe, not even sure how his...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Yeah, and I assume you support the Reds every other week of the year?

    Where to for Super Rugby?

The massive difference in this argument is NZ Warriors, they are not well supported and a lot of the kiwis who play league and union in Melbourne choose to support Storm. They don't choose to support the Rebels and will go for any of the 5 kiwi teams playing in Melbourne over the Rebels...

    Six Nations 2020

So on Monday CJ Stander announced his retirement from all forms of the game, only 30 years old. No major injury issues and in pretty good form. Big loss for Ireland and Munster, would have been expected to continue until at least the next RWC.

    Super Rugby AU 2021 -Rd 4 - Force v Rebels - Fri 12/3

That kind of goes for both teams, line outs were rubbish all night. Commentary saying it was perfect conditions when it looked a bit humid and slippery compared to perfect. I actually think this game is a example of why taking 3 points is vital at times, both teams could have easily has a...

    Six Nations 2020

There is no way the French team is making it into Australia this year. I don't think we will see any tours head south.

Being a 1st half concussion he could have passed the post game test. Everyone has different reactions, as long as the doctors have done the right thing by him I am happy

    Refereeing decisions

Agree the Brumbies have the best maul, but to the letter of the law. Nope. Watch the penalty try and how Nic White joins that maul, it's actually a really good example of a penalty against the attacking team. Joins from the side in front of the ball carrier.

    Refereeing decisions

Ok, 3 weeks in and the rule not being enforced that's annoying me is rolling mauls, the defensive side is getting penalized for everything while the attacking side is moving in over the ball carrier and not passing the ball back. If the Ref is going to call every defensive player for entering...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

I don't think you can compare attendances at the moment. 1) Stadium capacity is reduced 2) Western Force games were sold out at reduced capacity 3) Tahs played at Bankwest on a Friday night, never going to draw numbers. 4) People are still reluctant to gather in big crowds, there is a element...

    Super Rugby AU 2021 -Rd 4 - Force v Rebels - Fri 12/3

3rd place? If the Rebels win this they have taken 6 points from the hardest 3 fixtures with 4 home games in a row coming up. They would not be looking at 3rd place with that start, that would set them up for top 2 and at least one home final.

Super AU R2 - Reds v Rebels Suncorp Stadium 26/2

Most teams that have the bye round 1, struggle to be competitive in round 2, watch the Rebels press conference and Wessels also mentions they had no real practice games cause of Covid in Melbourne. No one wanted to touch them, I think was his words. So pretty hard to play expansive rugby with no...

    Lions Tour 2025

Not a bad idea, Could make it the first stop, so the Lions can play Australia A or a Barbarians side on the weekend and then Force Wednesday and move onto the next place for the following weekend.
