    France v Australia

This is interesting as I think its a close call between your backline and Irelands. Here is how I see it. Bold is the players I personally prefer, if neither are bold then its just too tight to call for me. 9. Murray vs Phipps 10. Sexton vs Foley 11. Zebo vs Tomane 12. Henshaw vs Lealiifano...

    Wales v Australia

All well and good... But Ireland aren't in the same pool as you and the Welsh. Its us Poms.

England v New Zealand @ Twickenham

And we will continue that way until we stop picking Farrel at 10. I like Lancaster, as a pom he has done really well for us. But Farrell is barely the best 10 at his club let alone the country. On that note it was cruel to bring on Ford (possibly our most attacking 10) in those weather...

England v New Zealand @ Twickenham

o I would argue that is Wales. I don't believe they have beaten a SH side since 2007? But yeah, our media is awful for over hyping things... In all sports!

England v New Zealand @ Twickenham

Maybe he is starting to believe his own hype? Wouldn't be the first ref to do it!

    Ireland vs Springbokke @ Aviva

More than a banana skin... i'd say they go in favourites tbh.

England v New Zealand @ Twickenham

Yeah I have seen worse let go, but these days if you lash out with your boot, or hand then expect a card. Just the way the game is these days

England v New Zealand @ Twickenham

I had completely forgotten about that, though he came to the right conclusion in the end.
  9. Shelts89

England v New Zealand @ Twickenham

Completely agree the PT was doubtful, but I think the YC was fair. Lashing out with the boot at a exposed ankle is hardly good behaviour, even if you are being held in a ruck. But yeah the late try meant the scoreline flattered us.

    Ireland vs Springbokke @ Aviva

Superb try by Ireland! Bowe is a natural finisher. Will be seriously worried about them come the 6N's.

    Ireland vs Springbokke @ Aviva

No worries, don't think there are many clashes of jerseys in reality so doesn't come up very often. Got to agree. Also felt the bok attack started to get a bit more forward momentum towards the end. especially when the centres carried.
  12. Shelts89

    Ireland vs Springbokke @ Aviva

The home side changes traditionally in rugby, or at least it does here in the NH.
  13. Shelts89

England v New Zealand @ Twickenham

What part of convincingly outplayed and the scoreline flattered us did you not get? As a pom I am allowed to be frustrated when we don't seem to be making any progress against the SH sides. As for Owens I still disagree, other than the penalty try to us ( I wouldn't have given it), I can't...
  14. Shelts89

England v New Zealand @ Twickenham

I would say it's irrelevant. NZ won this game in the second half by playing a more restricted style and playing almost English rugby by playing the percentages and territory. The weather clearly had a factor in this though. It's not like we tried to play 10 man rugby and they ran around us the...

    Ireland vs Springbokke @ Aviva

I would back the Boks in in this one, though by less than 10 points I think
  16. Shelts89

England v New Zealand @ Twickenham

I felt Owens had a reasonably balanced game tbh. Scoreline flatters us (England) a bit. We were better in the 1st half, and the scoreline showed it, but the AB's out played us very convincingly in the second half. A massive downpour of weather, a man down, and they still looked in control the...
