    England v Springboks - Twickenham

5 losses in a row... Can't really blame the media for getting a bit more aggressive with the questions. He's had a few years with out any media pressure to get us this far. I did like the way he said there will be changes when questioned about the half backs.

We're just not smart enough when under pressure. Same as wales against you lot last week. On the plus I think Ben Morgan had a stormer and will take the 8 jersey against Samoa and Oz. I would also start Ford, i think we did more in attack in the 15 minutes he was on than the whole time we had...

    Hartley off for 10

Cracker of a second half at least

Habana can feel hard done by there. On the other hand that was a lovely 30 odd metre maul to score

Well that was a pretty poor half of rugby. From both teams, but Farrell is just terrible. If Ford isn't given a far crack today then Farrell snr has too much say on Lancaster IMO.

Best of luck to the Bok today! Got my beer and England shirt ready, let the best team win.

    France v Australia

This maybe so, but I would still expect the French pack to be better in the set piece and tight work. The Aus pack is rarely the smallest or least experienced, yet it still often lacks 'grunt'. Probably to do with the style of rugby they grow up with perhaps?

Our kicking game is pretty limited too tbh. Farrell is surprising inconsistent in this aspect, Brown has a big boot but prefers to run and Eastmond is hardly an accomplished kicker either. Your 2007 team was very well built for the type of territory dominated rugby that was prominent on the...

I don't know enough about your change at 9 to know if it will make a change. But I do feel that Strauss over Bismark is an improvement for you on recent performances though. As for our new winger, Watson is very very quick like may too. So hopefully we may see some more wonder tries!

You mistake me, I meant the club want him at backrow. I don't know how much choice England get in it. Since they don't pay the wages. Though TBH I could see him as a good 8. We already have 2 of those though.

    England v Springboks - Twickenham

Rumours from Bath seem to suggest he will be a backrower. Though if we did have him and Tuilagi in the centres it would be pretty brutal to defend against. It's easy to see why this would happen if you look at it from Baths perspective. At 12 they have; Eastmond (England international), Henson...

Happy about Ford at 10 though

I would feel hard done by if I was Eastmond if that happens.

    England v Springboks - Twickenham

Consistency was always his problem, and that has really really improved over the last few seasons. He seems to finally be growing up, both on and off the field. Most people I talk to about rugby would want him or Ford in at 10. especially considering Farrell has only played 1 game this year so...

    England v Springboks - Twickenham

The 9 and 10 battles should be very interesting. I would rather have Danny Care than Hougaard. Though neither are particularly astute in the tactics department. Similar players, I just think Danny Care offers a bit more spark. However I would take Pollard over Farrell any day of the week...

    England v Springboks - Twickenham

Ulrich, I just always feel that SA are a trouble team for England based upon traditional strengths of our games. England and the Boks are two of the best sides at fighting an arm wrestle, and to be honest I think that who ever is at home has the advantage currently. But only slightly. Looking...

    England v Springboks - Twickenham

I am massively excited for this game. As a Pom I feel its almost a must win, though it's too tight to call. The problem is that England and SA traditionally play a similar style of game, but the boks are always bigger than us. Causing problems. This will be a close game for me, it'll be very close.

    Ireland vs Springbokke @ Aviva

I think people are underestimating Ireland here a bit too. Since Schmidt took control they have been on a massive upwards. Easily the smartest NH rugby team in my opinion. Though any games between England, Wales and Ireland I wouldn't like to call. Though as an England fan I would rather play...
