I love when I hear clubs/coaches sprouting about how they've developed local juniors while forgetting to mention all the imports in their clubs or all the kids from their clubs that are now playing for some other club.

Possibly one of the problems is they've got too much talent so there's a lot of guys think they should be in better teams.
