I am not a big fan of Cummins anyway. I think that with DHP, Morahan and Holmes he can be replaced. And when I see the level of Cam Crawford this year, I can imagine that some player from the Shute Shield can have the same impact if a coach give them the chance to play!

He was supposed to be close to sign with Montpellier. However the transfer window is closed in France and Montpellier has confirmed the signing of Rene Ranger. I don't see any team in France who might be interested by him except if he came as a medical reinforcement.

Your article also talks about Marcel Brache and Chris Heiberg... I first tought the "big name" would be from the Stormers but Steenkamp is a great pick! It is gonna be tough for the Bulls as they are also losing Juandre Kruger to Racing Metro 92.

Don't know for the big name The news is from a South African journalist

I have read that two guys from the Stormers (or Western Province), Chris Heiberg (prop) and Marcel Brache (utility back) will be in Perth next year. Probably another "bigger" name from the Stormers as well.

What is the problem with Nic White? I don't understand why Deans has picked Phipps or (even worst) is thinking to select Luke Burgess while White is performing since the beginning of Super Rugby! Luke Burgess has been catastrophic with Toulouse since last august

I have just read that Dane Haylett Petty (who is now playing for Biarritz) has asked to be released from his last year contract to come back in Australia where is father is having health problems. I believe his familly is based in Perth so why not a come back to the Force?

A few weeks ago there was this rumour that Digby Ioane would play for Stade Français next year... I thought it was rubbish but it seems it could finally happen!

France, The Power and Money but still no Glory

You can say that... it is often pretty boring... That is why I prefer focusing on the Super Rugby.

France, The Power and Money but still no Glory

It is exactly as you said... French clubs don't care about the National Team. French clubs are ruled by the LNR which is at war against the FFR. But it might change soon once Serge Blanco will be in charge of both. Racing Metro (the team I support) is owned by Jacky Lorenzetti who used to be...

True... The Maka brothers are quite influencial in Toulouse where they have played many years. For what I've seen so far from Edwin Maka, he is REALLY big but have no pace or skills... lots of work to do on him

    Wallabies (Including Overseas Players)

I know this is not the most famous club in the Top 14 but Grenoble is playing very well for a team that just gained promotion from second division. And the in form prop since the beginning of the season is Dayna Edwards! It should be interesting for an aussie franchise to hire him back down under.
