Perhaps but I'm pretty sure that both Lahiff and PAE can play either side of the scrum. I've thought Lahiff has looked pretty solid for Hawkes Bay, I wouldn't be suprised to see him start ahead of Weeks and have PAE cover loose head.

Well, he did say it himself... http://www.couriermail.com.au/sport/rugby/rebel-new-zealander-jason-woodward-happy-to-wear-wallaby-jersey/story-fnbzndrd-1226602670164 I think I also recall him saying that he would like to stay in Australia as there are more opportunities here for him to find...

I wouldn't be at all unhappy if we ended up signing Saifoloi and Sita Timani... as long as Timani was prepared to commit for a minimum two to three years. There's no point having him moping around the place for just one season.

There isn't any mention of West in the Wiki today. May have been removed already? The quoted article just seems to be a bit of speculation from the author (who didn't even get the right Rebels logo). Sam Cordingley did say the other day that they wanted to sign two more Aussies...

Your paper is a bit slow. The Rebels announced that signing a few weeks ago. He picked up an EPS spot.

I don't disagree with you but I think the depth in the squad is looking a lot more solid than in the previous seasons. I'd say, at this early stage, the only blokes in the forwards that would be almost certain starters would be Smith, Pyle and Higgers. There should be some decent competition...

Can anyone confirm the playing status of Situati for next season? It seemed like he was gone from the squad but, he is still being mentioned in the Rebels ITM Cup news each week? http://www.melbournerebels.com.au/News/ArticleDetails/tabid/270/ArticleID/10342/Default.aspx

    JOC (James O'Connor) Gooonne

The media are saying that signing with the Force would cost him up to $600k, that would pay for a lot of haircuts.

Seems that Horwitz has signed with the 'Tahs. We could do a lot worse than Saifoloi. Hopefully Angus Roberts will step up a bit next year, he didn't really look up to it in the game time he got this season.

Hello All, Another first-time poster here. I've been lurking the forums for quite some time, finally I've gotten around to registering. I'm a Rebel's member and go to every home game. I notice that on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_2013–14_Super_Rugby_transfers#Rebels , they list both...
