    Round 5 - Brumbies vs Waratahs - Friday 15 March @ 7:45pm in Canberra

There wasn’t much thrown at either defense to worry the opposition, when anything was attempted it was played out well beyond the gain line so the opposing defense could just sit back and watch it happen. The forwards on both teams put in some industrious shifts which is a credit to them, but it...

    Round 5 - Brumbies vs Waratahs - Friday 15 March @ 7:45pm in Canberra

Both teams need to be considerably better than that to even contemplate making the finals. Some solid performances (McCaffrey, Gordon, Fainga'a, etc.) but generally very ordinary from particularly the wallabies squad members. The flatness the teams have been playing with the first couple of...

    Proposed Nations Championship

Aren’t IMG already a partner of World Rugby? I think they have a lot to do with the World Cups, licensing, marketing, etc.

    Rebels 2019

I think it comes down to the way different countries play, in Aus and NZ no7 would be one of the highest paid. Cane, Savea, Hooper, Pocock. With the way the game is going hooker will be increasing in value in the next few years.

    Rebels 2019

If Koro went it’d open up opportunities for Tupou, who behind Petaia is probably the next best u21 outside back talent in the country. It also could open an opportunity for English or Hodge to perminately move to wing pushing Tuipulotu into calculation more often. It’s good alround. Faulkner I...

    Proposed Nations Championship

I don’t see how the Premiership and Top 14 can have any complaints, as far as I understand the world league would be played during the already agreed on 11 Reg 9 game days, where clubs have to release players. It’s just them wanting to scare the unions. If the rumored extra cash comes in it’d...

    Rebels 2019

Coleman going will free up some cash, also rumors Koroibete looking at France. Could push some money to Quade and Jones (he’s on the minimum).

    Round 5: Lions v Rebels - Sun12:05am @Emirates Park

This is the game I think they will be targeting for some points at least at a minimum. Lions this year are a shade of the team they have been. I’d expect a few changes for next week. Realistically only Genia and DHP need a rest with the wallabies season ahead as the others are either already...

    Proposed Nations Championship

I hope it’s only rumors but just read a UK based article stating the French and English clubs are thinking about suing World Rugby about the world league proposal. If true this could be a pivotal point in the balance of power in rugby.

    Rebels 2019

There is also 5 genuine Victorian Rugby products playing tonight, which to my mind is the most i can remember in one game. CLL Leota Faulkner Valetini Samu Just need to get Pone and Tuipulotu involved, Uelese and Sa'aga fit again and play a team with Benny Taps in it and we'd be starting to...

    Round 4: Rebels v Brumbies - Fri 8th @7:45pm

I think its more to try and nullify the Brums greatest strength over us, which is the scrum. They will still smash us upfront but hopefully we wont be going backwards like we are on wheels. Im surprised they have gone Leota over Gus, especially with Pocock in the mix.
