I'm compelled to agree with you again: just go with it ;) . I'd be very pleased if Sharpe, Horwill, Simmons and Douglas were all picked in the Wallabies squad at the end of the Super season. I'd wager that Sharpe and Horwill are the current incumbents, with Simmons and Douglas being the heirs...

I've gotta agree with Ruggo here. Slipper is a good scrummager and is good around the park. I completely agree that the best scrummaging props should be picked, and with Slipper you get the best of both worlds.

I like Lachie Turner, but really his international career has been flaky to solid, never spectacular. He's still young, though. And he's still pretty damn quick.

I thought this game was pretty good. Both teams did try throwing the ball around, but the defense from both sides was pretty strong. I didn't really enjoy the first half period where both teams were opting for the kick at goal each opportunity, but it was a tight game. And it was always going...

Instead of playing the ball between your legs, go to ground and lay it back. Then the halfback can meerkat as much as they desire. Also, you can pilfer the ball until a defending player touches you. Ruck defenders can only touch (clean out) one player. Tried a similar rule set to these once...
