I would also suggest that some of the coaches on that list were FAR too close to the board/chairman. The governance at the top of Reds (and ARU for that matter) often results in poor decision making that is directly reflected in on-field results.

Re. Getting rugby on tv. One of the big advantages that the NBN will bring is the chance for lesser known sports to deliver telecasts to TV's via the NBN. That for me is an exciting prospect for rugby below Super level.

I certainly don't think Genia has betrayed the Reds. It's such an over used term in sport. all players move around looking for pay dirt or a better cultural fit. It's just a part of professional sport.
