    Springbokke vs Ierland Series

If there ever was a test showing that the Springbokke must not select chicken runners, This test was it. Vermeulen looking like a shadow of the player he use to be while Whiteley show he should have been the captain from day 1. Kriel hopefull will start the next one.

    Springbokke vs Ierland Series

Saulityvi How can he select F Louw above Kriel? Flo hardly play rugby anymore. Duanne WAS a good player but a week is a long time in rugby. Its anyway more the system. Why did he not select Bismarckt? Mapoe is by far a better 13 then Kriel on current form.

    Springbokke vs Ierland Series

Hawko Meyer selected white qoutas , maybe AC will do better. The first test will set the tune. Myself would not have picked the chicken runners Vermeulen & Louw. Its a flippen shambles they don't select in form players like Whiteley & Jaco Kriel. Our system is wrong. AC only select x WP...

aaiope ob Not at all, the NH teams will be at their best in the first test while our lot starts a new cycle after the WC. Eddie Jones know the Wallabies nrs. Think the Bokke will also lost the plot.

    Thanks Aussie teams

@Tahdan thanks for sharing this to me. This way I'll understand better. I am fortunate to live in probably the richest rugby culture in SA but my sons play field hockey. So I sort of understand the situation very well. Field hockey have the 3rd most supporters in world sport but its a very poor...

    Thanks Aussie teams

This make it even more important to go to the schoolboy level and build depth from there. Rugby is a culture, if you get a 6 year old in rugby, you'll get his family aswell.

Must be hard to be a Blues supporter. Feel almost sorry for Umaga. They'll have to lift their game for the Lions.

    Waratahs v Cheetahs, Round 11, 7 May 2016

The Cheetahs have a new coach in Franco Smith who came like most of the newbies with Shimlas (Uni of Free State) who won the Varsity Cup last year. The Bulls & Sharks poach their experience players from last year. With the rugbyu machine like Grey College, they'll just spit out new players. I...
