    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

Pocock is a freak! 27 tackles and no misses is pretty ridiculous. By contrast Ben Alexander missed 6 and only made 11. I thought JDV had his best match for the Boks in years, looked rapid and incisive. No apparent knee problems either. Lambie was class as well.

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

Not sure if these are reliable but according to SMH QUade missed 8 tackles http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-union/rugby-union-match-centre/live-blog-australia-v-south-africa-20111009-1lfio.html

    Quade Cooper interview Channel 9

Riki Flutey played for the Maori before he played for England. I believe he's the only player to play for and against the Lions, in 2005 and 2009 respectively. But I don't think Quade would be able to play for the Maori after he was selected by Aus

    Rugby Coaching

Fair enough Teach, I agree that they have to know the basics first otherwise its dangerous. I still think tackling is more of a mental skill than technical though. Ive never really seen the point of those tackle bag things either (the sausage ones) they don't even encourage good technique...

    Rugby Coaching

Make them watch a hits video before you go out onto the field! Also take down one of the bigger boys to show how easy it is to tackle when they are that age. I was a bit of a wet boy when it came to tackling when I was around 10, but have since relished the contact. As nice as those tackling on...

    Quade Cooper interview Channel 9

For curiosities sake does anyone know what ethnicity Quade is? I would quite like to see this actually, hoping it will go up on ATT at some point.

    RWC QF2: England v France (W Pool B v RU Pool A)

England have been pretty active whilst in NZ to say the least and it seems to have reinforced the stereotype that we are a bit of a twatty nation :). Im hoping we win this because the calls for MJ's head will spread about if they dont, they will never sack him though and it will just turn...

    QLD Premier Rugby 2011

Shipperley and Tapuai look like absolute guns in Club rugby! The reds have an exciting few years ahead of them with this bunch of backs. I can't see them all staying but they are hoarding some serious talent atm

    Dan Carter out of cup

Slade, Cruden, Bleyendaal, Sopoaga, Anscombe, Barrett and Robinson have all come through quite recently along with Brett, Kirkpatrick, Botica and Renata. Has anyone ever been as good as Carter?

Have you seen any of Toulouse's games so far this year bullrush?

    Dan Carter out of cup

In the 2010 bled where DC was out, Cruden started and didn't impress. Slade came on and had an accomplished performance. I now think that these roles have been slightly reversed, Slade has been average and looks nervous all the time. Cruden was in good form during the ITM and I have a feeling...

RWC 2011 - Pool A - NZ, Tonga, France, Japan, Canada

So the unimaginable has happened and Carter is injured, if he is out for the Quarters then Nz are under the cosh a little vs Argentina. This is possibly the worst thing that could have happened for New Zealand IMO and from the pictures it looked quite serious...

    Waratahs 2012

What has happened to Sipa then? Got released by the Rebels and now hasn't got a gig for the tahs. He's running out of Super teams to play for, having said that I'd be quite happy to see him at the force.

    Rebels 2012

Was Isiah Moese was in the force stable? Or is he a different guy to Isaiah Mosese. Assuming he is the same guy. Seen a bit of footage of Stirzaker and he looked pretty handy.

    RWC Wallabies v USA - 23 September

I still worry every time Mitchell makes a cut, cant help but expect to see him lying on the floor at some point. And Radike in for a try on the wing, man love in full force

    RWC Wallabies v USA - 23 September

I think G&GR should create a Tom Carter attacking prowess scale. Similar to PR's Mark 'Usain' Cueto speed scale

    RWC Wallabies v USA - 23 September

Quades completed two tackles in a row, both try savers. One was dominant as well The Usa's attack seems very similar to a league attack, seen a couple of run arounds a grubber and a cross field, hmmm

    Wallabies vs BaaBaas

Really? Thats the northern hemisphere equivalent of putting Sam Harris in at 10. Would quite like to see Cips at fly half for the Barbarians though!

Australian Schoolboys and National Championships 2011

Thanks Lee, yeah David Sisi. He used to play second row a few years back but he seems to have since moved to 8. Sam Hill: yeah played him a couple of times, has huge quads! Good player actually and he might get some time at Exeter this season. How did you rate Kyle Sinckler LG? That kid has...
