    It's more an issue of order or cadence than an inconsistancy. Tackler must release before the tackled player can play the ball in most circumstances.

    I agree with Bruce, Hickey's got the sauce but needs to control himself a little better. That said I'd prefer them choose a player that needs to be tamed than someone they have to fire up. Miles McCaffery is another option, but not for some time. Needs to bulk up more.

    Good luck to Hangers. Sad to see his Super career peter out the way it has, but looking back he had some good years and served NSW rugby well. One of the more memorable players in the recent history of the Shute Shield.

    Cooper's defence will be as bad at 12, and we've shown that they have no qualms about simply moving him to a different position in defence. 12 will give him more space to do his thing.
