Correct -but it has been that way since the Keebra High - ACGS debacle in 2013 . Started round 3 in 1st xv because "he was not on any bursary". Another parent just pays. Mind you - Digby Ione & GT was not far off in 2004 -but there was no HM agreement in those days.

I agree Being arguing ( unsuccessfully) fir this at TSS for several years. This year was same as always . under 11 to 14 regularly get thrashed by 50'. New boys start in grade 10 and the 15 As are suddenly good and the 16As and 2nds are virtually unbeatable. Start earlier I say .

To funny King. Yes the English Swim team scenario was not the best thing TSS have done . And yes there are plenty of new swimmers at TSS this year.

I can tell you it is currently 3 and Had to be approved under the "Headmasters agreement". you have to get approval if you switch from one GPS school under any form of bursary/ scholarship or you start after term 1 grade 11. Here though , like the Keebra Park boy who played for Churchie 2014 ...

Correct and the 3 boys transferring from the undefeated BSHS 14A team to GT are full fee paying . Still have not worked out if Red Black and Red Black Red are 2 different posters.
