    Reds 2020

I love forums because it is a melting pot of passionate ideas and comments. If I only wanted sourced information, I'd stick to the Rugby section of the newspapers. Yes things are a little better when people do read before they write (like when people propose teams with players that are...

As of this year. Healso just signed a long term deal including an RA top up.

    Reds 2020

seems to be a large division in people who think Hockings is proving the goods and those that prefer Blyth. Bit of chalk and cheese. Like a future Matfield/Botha Blyth looking towards being the 'enforcer'', still a huge human being only 2cm shorter then Hockings, but certainly more abrasive...

Reds v Bulls, Rnd 7 2020 Suncorp Stadium 6:15pm AEST

Blyth > Hockings Hegarty is a FB. Zander surprised me - a bit slow as a starter but got into it eventually. Good for him.

Campbell to wing and Hegarty to FB (kicker)? or Daugunu to wing

I stopped reading at Lachlan Lonergan over form players like Mafi & Rangi.

    Rebels 2020

Jones & Phillips both reportedly leaving end of the year (perhaps season) - Wow. WTF will the rebels do now for locks? RA & the Rebels should be doing everything in their power to get Coleman/Arnold/Arnold/Timani/Anyone back (coz skelton wont be available till 2023

    Wallabies 2020

It's a tough one - We have a couple good FB's in Banks and DHP, so we don't really need Beale, there are some wingers doing a solid job. However, as must as it pains me to say, there aren't ENOUGH locks outplaying Simmons. Rodda and Phillips are. LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) will play lock, but guys like Swain, Hockings...

    Wallabies 2020

Still preachiing a 33 man squad - so room for a couple form based rookies, as well as 'reputational' players. Daugunu I still think was incredibly fortunate to get an extended contract with RA topup so might be hard to leave him out. Obviously several players won't get game time. Hk: Fainga'a...

    Reds 2020

Also remember that even for developing players (mainly our U20 guys that have signed long term deals) that they benefit from RA money from a 'war chest' designed to hold onto young talent. So Reds seriously benefited from that in addition to top players whose salary is also shared with RA 'top...

    Reds 2020

Only 2 years - 2021 & 22. Assume he'll get extended to the WC and beyond if he does well. Reds aren't picking up the whole package.

    Wallabies 2020

Is it 33 man squad for the incoming tour? Going to assume no foreign based players (maybe they'll bring in a couple for Rugby Championship) Hk: Fainga'a, Uelese, Mafi Prop: Sio, Slipper, Ala'alatoa, Thor, Smith/HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes) Lock: Rodda, Simmons, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto), Phillips 6/8: Valetini, Naisarani, Samu...

    Aussie Player Exodus

It can happen Rodda put on effective mass and now blyth is moving in that direction Arnold did eventually Will take longer for hockings to end up like arnold/devin toner. probably closer to 3-4 years before they can confidently and explosively move those long limbs in a pro environment...

    Waratahs 2020

Penney said he wanted big units and we all know he needs big units. You don't like people saying noone was available and there must be some available Can you name someone who was available that fits the physical profile, experience & calibre required?

These guys should be a weekly cameo slot on a Rugby show. Rather then listening to Gregan bumbling over statistics and names. No wonder noone watched.

    Waratahs 2020

Clear we need to dissolve the Brumbies. Reds: Sio Rebels: Slipper Tahs: Fainga'a, Ala'alatoa Done.

    Reds v Sharks, Rnd 5 2020, Lang Park Sat 29 7:15 EDST

Does Blyth deserve to drop out? I've been a huge fan of his support running, cleanouts, and is clearly scummaging well. Perhaps a 5/2 Split. Though eventually guys will need to be rested and we can luckily cycle through that in the locks and backrow without too much problem.

    Wallabies 2020

Is gordon? At this stage I see the 3 scrumhalves as White, Powell & Tate. If they don't pick White then I'd go with Louwrens (if possible)

    Wallabies 2020

Couple people mentioned JOC (James O'Connor) at 13 as he is the incumbent. With no Kerevi at 12, and considering in attack JOC (James O'Connor) played 12 anyway, I think it's safe to say that the only person who would play JOC (James O'Connor) regularly at 13 is Cheika...
