New Zealand vs Australia Oct 11 2020 Bledisloe Cup

I appreciate that, but I must admit I haven't seen a great deal of evidence to show that Wright has a boot and is capable of back field positional kicks.

    But Wright is? Both rookies.

New Zealand vs Australia Oct 11 2020 Bledisloe Cup

I would be going for experience over potential for the Bledisloe. Also, whilst a guy like Lolesio has shown promise, the experienced players have also been some of the best performers week in/ week out. I would say the only young gun who has completely kicked out an incumbent would be...

    Wallabies 2020

Wilson was inspired by Higs. At the moment, he is a chubbier and slower Higs, but also does a larger portion of runs in tight then Higs did.

    Wallabies 2020

Maybe with Uelese injury theyll do a sneaky and get 3 O/S players. I do think If Simmons, Phillips and Hanigan (all leaving and average) are in the squad, then Blyth should be there.

    Western Force 2021

Looking at who is off contract in Australia. I've tried to ignore guys who are like..19 and 20 year old developing juniors likely to stay and guys with rumours. Hooker: Abel, Tuala Prop: JP Smith, Ruan Smith, Vui Lock: RHP Backrow: Dempsey, Mccaffrey, Hardwick, Wilkins, Cottrell, Wells Half...

    Western Force 2021

I hope Lance and Frisby stay - great depth then.

    Western Force 2021

Force could use another dynamic wing to complement TK at 13. - Tomane is off contract I believe. - CFS getting squeezed at the Reds with Paisami, Petaia, Daugunu and Vunivalu. - Even bring Chance Peni home. Shame Ainsley went to NZ, could have really used him with our serviceable...

    Western Force 2021

Hopefully the Force are in the hunt for one of the big name locks overseas - probably not though for 2021. Unfortunately none of the Argentinian 2nd rowers are available.

    Wallabies 2020

Naisarani and Kuridrani obviously both suffered post covid fitness lapses. Interesting that Kuridrani is going to the Force. I would suggest that his next contract, without a RA top up, would have been a bit small at the Brumbies, so the Force have come in over the top.

    Waratahs 2021

wow. hopefully just a partial stop gap until some euro based players come off contract.

    Wallabies 2020

Yes of course, but it's a 33 man squad. You need more then 1 Outside Centre. Ive got 3 halfs, 3 flyhalves, 2 insides, 2 outsides, 3 wings and 2 Fullbacks. Additionally, some players are versatile - eg Petaia and Hodge

    Wallabies 2020

In my fantasty forum world they are. If you had to ask me to pick a 13 to play against the ABS this week. I would pick Kuridrani over Paisami. Hands down. Paisami is still a project. If you had to ask me, would you rather Swinton at 6 and Wilson at 8, OR Wilson at 6 and Naisarani at 8 - It...

    Wallabies 2020

Our 33 to be as strong as possible NOW, IMO wouldn't be accused of having developers for the sake of it. Fainga'a, Uelese, BPA Sio, Slipper, Ala'alatoa, Tupou, HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes) Simmons, Phillips, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto), Arnold Naisarani, Wilson, Valetini, Wright, Hoops, Samu White, Mcdermott, Gordon...

    Wallabies 2020

Maybe in a 46 man squad. But we tend to name a 33, then have a couple of travelling development players attached, we rarely use spots IN the 33 for development

    Wallabies 2020

I haven't seen any media release regarding the scan results of Uelese (shoulder) and To'omua & DHP (groin)

    Wallabies 2020

Uelese seems the most likely to miss out due to injury - for me that means Latu is a foreign call up. What do we need most? I think it's Lock/Hooker/Centre in that order If you must secure Latu then it's between lock and centre. If the preference is for a centre (Kerevi), then we can...

    Wallabies 2020

If Rennie gets 'forced' to call up Latu because of Uelese injury, plus a lock from overseas, that still leaves an extra spot for someone locally to be promoted - perhaps Blyth or Naisarani.

    Wallabies 2020

Think he would be, but you never know until they start all training together. I'm sure he's still better then Simone and Paisami! At the end of the day you want the strongest squad possible, but you need to look where you are weak etc and so on. The squad may be better off with Kerevi in it...
