    Reds v Brumbies Rnd 16 2017

He hasn't gone backwards due to the Reds signing Moore. He was second fiddle at the start of the season and was getting good game time but apparently he got on the piss after a game in a manner that frustrated senior players so they reported him to the coaching staff and he was dropped from...

Waratahs v Jaguares, Round 16 - Saturday 8 July, Allianz Stadium

Wheres Holloway? Really excited about Hanigan back at lock - if he can excel there that gets Dempsey on the park and provides some answers for the Tahs next season. Plus I don't feel he's dynamic enough for six long term, lock could suit him well.

Force v Rebels - Friday the 7th of July

As it was described in the podcast: The Springboks vs. Japan D. Absolute farce of a game. How goods Super Rugby? /s

We'll (check the new Force logo!) take this in a canter. Force by 14+

Why not? He looked good in the NRC. McDuling, McCauley and Toleafoa are all shithouse.

    Reds v Brumbies Rnd 16 2017

Literally forgot that the Australian Super sides were playing this weekend. I am stupendously excited about the Lions vs. All Blacks 3rd test, and the idea of watching Australian Rugby immediately afterwards gives me anxiety.

British & Irish Lions tour of New Zealand (2017)

At first I was mesmerised that Mako's offence was even a penalty. I had initially thought "Wow you can't even clean Beaudan Barrett out anymore without it being an offence". Having re-watched it I could understand how it may be interpreted to be a penalty but I still don't think its a YC...

    Waratahs 2018

I also think that Cronn's coaching philosophy will be a good fit at the Tahs. He seems to have no time for prima donnas and instead instils simple, effective game plans that rely upon everyone doing, and enjoying, their job. A good friend who has been coached by him in the very recent past...

    "Transparency" at the ARU

I just screenshotted the whole thing. Honestly, that "email" is laughable. Even a graduate hire with >3 months experience in any business environment knows that anything that could get you in trouble doesn't go in an email. It's best saved to a phone call or a face-to-face meeting. Bill...

    Unpopular opinion thread

Following Spiros retraction: the ARUs incompetence is a symptom of, not a cause for, the rot in Australian rugby.

    "Transparency" at the ARU

Can someone explain the whole saga? Only reinforces my view that the rot in Australian rugby doesn't start with the top. A few individuals in a few club comps need to take a long hard look at themselves, and have needed to do so for a long time.

    The Wallabies Thread

Unfortunately as neither Grey or Blades are with the Tahs next season it's one of two things: A) he's joining the Wobs next season full time B) he's stepping down Hoping for B, expecting A.

    Waratahs 2018

Do you have any info on that? Shute Shield FB has confirmed Simon Cronn will join the Tahs as forwards coach. What's Colemans specialty? Will Cronn still take the u20s next year?

    Waratahs 2018

Would love to see that. It'd also somewhat resemble a "coaching pathway". Imagine if Australian Rugby had one of those!

    Waratahs 2018

Cam Blades been let go. Gibson to take over defensive coaching duties as Grey joins the Wallabies full time (unfortunately for the Wallabies). Look's like we're in the hunt for some new ACs. Shame Fischer is with the Brumbies.

    Australia v Italy, Suncorp Stadium, 24th June 2017 @ 3:00pm

Weren't flash? + Decent performance against Fij in the hardest pool in the RWC. + Awesome win against England at their home RWC. + Awesome win against Wales. + Awesome win against Argentina. + Stuttering win against Scotland. + Admirable performance against ABs given injuries. In the lead...

Yep your correct. Doesn't change the fact he's an international 10 playing for Australia. He'll never be eligible for the Wallabies just like Grant, Gardon-Bachop or Hawera and their presence is slowing down Aus 10 growth.

Haha. Finally? What about last year? I thought you were the only one who watched the games?
