RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

If they were 5th/6th/7th/8th and England were 9th, they could still have ended up in the same group anyway. Or if they were ranked 2nd/3rd/4th and Australia 9th. It wasn't in their hands who got picked in their group - it was literally the luck of the draw. Still crazy that Samoa was in the...

RWC: SCO v RSA (St James Park): POOL B

Just to be clear, we can pick Duane or Schalk and it won't make any difference to me. But saying Victor is sulky - did you see Schalk's post-match interview in 2010 after the Super Rugby final? He was acting like Joubert robbed them and their families.

RWC: SCO v RSA (St James Park): POOL B

Lol. At least he was good enough to win 3 Super Rugby trophies as captain.

I dunno either. It should rather be Victor if he's fit, for obvious reasons.

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

Yeah they've had a horrible run against you guys, many close games. They can put that right in a few weeks.

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

Agreed. So whoever wins this game is back in P2 on the world rankings, yes? EDIT: Oh, England are too far out to achieve that.

Even on our best day we won't challenge the All Blacks though, so it's moot at this point.

In the last 18 months: England, France, South Africa(almost another in South Africa), Ireland. Australia have lost to Ireland, France and Argentina in that time. Not sure why you seem to think Australia are better than Wales then.

While we're gonna be realistic about things, nobody except New Zealand are gonna be fighting for the title.

Japan are shit lol. They can only beat sides like the Springboks. ;)

Maybe you didn't read all my posts? I don't even think we'll beat Scotland, lol. I'm not the one proclaiming we will win games that we won't.

RWC: AUS v ENG (Twickenham): POOL A; 6am (AEDT) Sunday 4 October

If you remember the predictions before the tournament, I already put Wales as 1 and England as 2 in that group mate. ;) Your second sentence has nothing to do with it. Gatland knows how to get the best out of his teams when it matters. Injuries might dilute it a little, but every team will...

Wales are better than both those sides. From a neutral perspective anyway.

RWC: FIJ v WAL (Millenium): POOL A

Those are just 1 person's opinions. You'll find many disagreeing with him.

People seem very optimistic about Fiji for some reason. I don't see them getting within 20 vs Wales, and probably a bit more than 20.

Then you can say the same for England vs. Wales, and yet they still lost. Wasn't quite as last-gasp as the Aussie game will be for them though. It has essentially become a knockout game for them. For Australia it isn't.

    Their steroids contain estrogen?

RWC: SCO v RSA (St James Park): POOL B

I wish I shared that optimism - but playing Scotland up near the border, you can be sure it will basically be a home game. And they know they can top the group by winning - a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Then again, that was the case in 99 as well, and that didn't go too well for them...

Not exactly. You haven't lost a match yet.

England by 10. They're fighting for survival - no way in hell they're losing this.
