unfortunately i think Magnay isn't up to super rugby yet. he was shown up a lot tonight ( good try aside) i would move Duncan to 12, Fainga'a to 13. or at the very least put CFS in at outside. on the bright side the scrum looked good.

Maybe. i always enjoyed Korczyks mobility and he doesn't seem to go missing as often as lolo does. its hard to judge when we have barely seen them in Super rugby. Physically it seems Lolo has more potential though. regardless i think Queenslands backrower stocks dont look too bad.

Toomuas a bloody big loss for australian rugby imo, real shame to see him go

its tough because its hard to say whos better out of Timu and Lolo, and then throw in how well browning played against the stormers and we got 3 potentially great 8s but not enough room in the squad. Lolo would unfortunately be my choice as the one to leave (as much as i rate him). it would...

Stormers vs Reds @ Newlands round 9

unfortunately it seems to be a common theme in south Africa. the stuart Berry reffed game against the lions in Johannesburg was another example of seemingly bias refereeing.

Regardless of if or when he comes back, hes an unbelievable talent who will be irreplaceable, but im glad that he will at least get the recognition he deserves overseas. I think hes gonna pull a rocky and dominate club rugby up north and im gonna be supporting any team he plays for.

Wow, you must have an incredible rugby brain to be able to predict that we were gonna struggle this year. You werent copping it for saying we were gonna struggle, you copped it for throwing mud on players who are some of Queenslands greats whilst deliberately stirring up trouble with other users.

im sure the backline above is what we will see, but the backline i would like to see is 9. Phipps 10. Lealiifano 11. Tomane 12. To'omua 13. Kuridrani 14. Folau 15. Beale Stirzaker Foley Hunt

I actually thought the whole back row were great last night, including Schatz. i still dont think hes ever going to be the next Kieran Read or Duane Vermuelen but hes absolutely fine at Super Rugby level and he works his ass of every game. exactly the kind of player i like in the team.

i really don't know what we are gonna do without Gilly. last game we saw what he can do in just a half of rugby. Its scary thinking how good our depth at 7 is when i reckon Gilly would be in at least the match day 23 in pretty much every other international team in the world.

i certainly dont know much about Alexander scrum form prior to about 2010 since i was only a casual fan and didnt pay too much attention to the bloke, but i thought he was pretty good 2010-2011 but after the took the hit out of the engagement for the scrum i thought he wasnt as good.

i thought Alexanders problems really started once the scrum laws changed and he couldnt seem to adapt. Slipper has played well enough at THP in the past, but other then last year (where he was playing injured) hes been so good for us at LHP i might not want to move him unless there is no choice.

Surely Gilly must feel a little snubbed yet again? i'm very happy for Simmo and his dedication to Queensland Rugby deserved some recognition but Gilly has just led us to a 2nd NRC title and was leading us all year last season with some unbelievable performances, hes very articulate and surely as...

Does To'omua really offer more Control and direction around the backline then giteau though? i always saw To'omua as more similar to Foley, hes a good distributor, and has a strong running game. the difference though is that Toomuas defence is dominant and his running style is more as a crash ball...

Has Cooper even had an opportunity to kick? in our flogging to NZ in bled 2 Cooper kicked 2 out of 2 but as we were flogged, he didnt get much of an opportunity to kick any more and got 2 out of for in the only other game he kicked, so hes on 4/6 for his kicking, which isnt to bad. My problem is...

Foley continues to play solid footy without a doubt, his defence was good all night, and im happy to have a player whos consistently ok in the side but he needs someone else to create oppotunities cause he doesnt do it, if Giteau starts to do the playmaking then i think the Foley/Giteau combo...

i didn't get the opportunity to see Mack Mason, but could he be our answer at 10? nothing against Mcintyre who performed well last year and Greene who has been phenomenal so far this NRC, but i'm not sure either are gonna be much more then solid at Super Level .
